Samuel Retherford

Spiritual Formation

I graduated from Liberty University with a B.S. in Christian Leadership and Church Ministry in 2020. I will graduate with my M.A. in Ministry Leadership in June of 2022. I first felt God call me to pastoral ministry while working as a Christian camp counselor in college, and God has continued to equip and prepare me to serve His Church. My desire is for people who are disconnected from God or disconnected from His church to find Jesus and their role in advancing His Kingdom. I love getting to help people take next steps in their faith, and equipping people to become disciples who then become disciple makers themselves. After the residency, I would love to serve in the role of Spiritual Formation Pastor or Discipleship Pastor.
